Online Exercise Programs
The Exercise programs for purchase are divided into 3 categories. These being, weight loss, toning or body building/sculpting. The weight loss and toning programs are then divided into 2 training locations: a gym or a home/park. The programs are specifically designed to achieve the results you desire in locations appropriate for your circumstance. My exercise plans include:
1. Variations on exercises for different muscle groups to increase variety and decrease boredom.
2. Both whole body (weight loss and toning) and split body programs (3,4,5 and 6 day split programs for body building/sculpting)
3. Specific advice including videos and photos on how to perform exercises (including advice on numbers of sets and repetitions).
4. Stretches to be performed at the beginning and end of your workout.
5. Information on which exercises work which muscles
Online Nutritional Plans
The nutritional plans have 5 options per meal to increase variety and sustainability and they directly correspond with the exercise plans (weight loss, toning and body building/sculpting). The exercise and nutritional plans are a lethal combination. I have never had anyone not achieve their goals when using the programs together. The nutritional plans are not just 8 week fad diets which are not maintainable and ineffective long term (as noted by many of my current clients). Rather they are sensible diets which although will get you fast effective results should be seen as a positive long term change in your existing eating habits.
Tailored Exercise and Nutritional plans.
If you wish to have a more one on one approach to your exercise and nutritional planning why not book a fitness consultation with me. I currently do consultations in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. However among fitness consults and personal training I get very busy so book straight away because it may take up to three weeks to get an appointment. During fitness consultations I specifically design nutritional and exercise plans tailored to your lifestyle. I will ask you questions in regards to your fitness goals, your daily commitments, your current eating habits and your long term commitment in terms of time and money to your health and fitness. From this information we can work together to format an effective plan so that you can achieve fast yet sustainable results.
The cost for me to develop an exercise and nutritional plan is $150 however coastal regions will attract a $20 travelling charge. This is a great deal considering that you will be armed with a plan and knowledge to completely change your lifestyle. From one consult you will know exactly how to achieve sustainable results.
Personal Training
Holt Fitness clients run under a tiered rewards system based on how quickly they attain their goals, their time training with me (some platinum clients have trained with me for 3 years) and their consistency. Every client receives a Holt Fitness shirt and bronze status when starting training. After which they proceed to silver, gold then platinum status. Depending on their status (bronze, silver, gold or platinum) clients may receive rewards such as a free group session once a month + a barbecue, free amazing race participation, monetary inducements to refer new clients and reduced priced entry into fun runs. Further all clients are given a username and password for the personalized members’ only area. This section of the website contains advice on nutrition and exercise (including an “Ask a nutritionist†section), motivational quotes and updates on upcoming reward system events. I take pride in looking after my clients.
