Established in 1986, Healthworks Fitness Centres are currently celebrating 20 successful years in the Fitness Industry. Family owned and operated, the majority of clubs are multi-facility centres offering tennis, squash, swimming pool, spa and sauna; in addition to group fitness classes, free-weight and pin-weight areas.
Currently, we have Healthworks centres located in Brisbane, the greater Brisbane area and the Sunshine Coast.

Healthworks Deagon is our newest club which is a purpose built facility. The club including fittings and equipment is brand new and boasts some great facilities. Located just 2 minutes from Sandgate, it is the ideal place to have a great workout in a friendly environment.

Personal Training:
Personal training allows you to get the results you want quickly and effectively. Our trainers are all fully qualified to help you achieve your goals whether you want to lose weight, tone up, increase muscle mass or just to feel stronger.
Group Exercise:
A wide range of classes are available at various times of the day. All classes are included in all memberships with the club. Classes include Spin, Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Step, BodyPump, BodyAttack, Run group, BodyBalance, Pilates, DVA, Functional training and many more.
Cardio Theatre:
If you get a bit bored doing your cardio- why not watch TV while you train! Enjoy the additional benefit of having your own TV on your cardio machine so you can tune into the station you want!
Personalised Programs:
All your programs are included in your membership. A Trainer will write you a personalised program when you start and you can get it updated as you go for free!
Change Rooms:
Members can enjoy additional benefits of Lockers to keep your valuables, ironing boards and hair dryers. And of course clean change rooms!
